Inspector General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Salahuddin Khan Mehsood directed police officers to make foolproof security arrangements on Kashmir Solidarity Day throughout the province.
A circular issued to Regional Police Officers and Districts Police Officers in Peshawar, he said sufficient police contingents should be deployed to thwart any untoward incident.
Salahuddin Khan Mehsood also directed to scan all the routes where rallies will be taken out with the help of Bomb Disposal Unit.
