The hearing of the case assets beyond means against former finance minister Ishaq Dar has been adjourned till December 12 as the investigative officer has submitted a reply in court from the wife of Ishaq Dar.
According to details, accountability court has resumed the hearing of the case, however, NAB prosecutor Imran Chishti did not appear as he had tendered resignation from his post.The NAB’s deputy prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi appeared before the court.
As the hearing started, the deputy prosecutor sought more time to study the case, on which accountability court has accepted his request.
Meanwhile, NAB investigative officer Nadar Abbas submitted a request of Dar’s wife against the auction of the Dar’s property.
Later, the court has adjourned the hearing till December 12.
