The Election Commission of Pakistan asked the successful candidates of the by-poll, which was held on October 14, to submit their expenditure details.
The election commission set the October 24 as the deadline for submitting expenditure details as per the article 98 of election act 2017.
As per the election act, all the successful candidates bound to submit their expenses details incurred during the election campaign within ten days from the polling day.
ECP warned that the notification of successful candidates who would have failed to submit their expenses details will not be issued.
According to election act, ECP bound to announce the notification of successful candidates within 14 days after the polling day.
