Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shireen Mazari says the Indian government is trying to change demography of Kashmir to destroy the whole concept of having a plebiscite in the valley.
Speaking at a Public Talk on "Human Rights Violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir" in Islamabad on Monday, she said the violation by Indian forces have broken all bounds.
She said women and children are being targeted with pellet guns.
The Minister said abuse and violence against women in Occupied Kashmir has been neglected and international women organizations need to be approached in this regard.
