Gunmen shoot, injured two women after breaking into Lahore house

Unidentified gunmen shot and injured two women Thursday night here in one of the city's upscale neighbourhoods, authorities confirmed.

According to police, multiple assailants broke into a house in Lahore's Defence area and opened fire on two women.

They managed to escape as well.

Police said they were trying to determine the cause of the firing incident.
