دفتر خارجہ کے ترجمان نے ٹوئٹ کیا کہ پروفیسر محمد اسماعیل کو پشاور میں قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے نے سائبر کرائم کے ایک کیس میں قانون کے مطابق حراست میں لیا ہے۔
Prof. Mohammad Ismail has been detained by the law enforcement authorities in Peshawar in a case of cyber crime as per our laws. Being a citizen of Pakistan, Prof. Ismail is entitled to due process and right of defence provided in the Constitution.

انہوں نے ٹویٹ میں لکھا کہ بحیثیت پاکستانی شہری پروفیسر اسماعیل کو اپنے دفاع کیلئے آئین کے مطابق تمام حقوق حاصل ہیں۔
اس سے قبل گلالئی نے اپنی ٹوئٹ میں بتایا تھا کہ ان کے والد کو 14 دن کے لیے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر پشاور جیل بھیج دیا گیا ہے۔
